Application
The surface must be dust-free, dry and free of grease - clean if necessary with silicone remover.
Mixing ratio for filler and hardener: Mix one can of filler with one can of hardener. (Equivalent to a mixing ratio of 5:1) Then gently mix both components mechanically.
Apply putty in several thin layers until a homogeneous surface is achieved.
Between spraying processes, let the 2K putty dry for approx. 60 minutes and then sand it wet with 800 grit sandpaper. (Drying time depends a lot on the object and the outside temperature).
After the last layer, let the 2K putty set for 24 hours. (Drying time depends a lot on the object and the outside temperature).
After the filler has completely dried, sand it wet with 1000 grit sandpaper.
Degrease the surface and apply the final layer.
