Lightweight putty for body repairs
• Extremely easy putty car putty
• Gives a smooth surface
• Cures in 16 min at 20°C
Gives a dense surface finish and is therefore very suitable for painting work. Very easy to grind. Suitable for use as a base, filler or surface finish on metals, sheet metal and fibreglass.

Instructions for use
Preparation: Clean/sand the repair surface thoroughly to remove rust and paint. Sandpaper 80–120 is recommended.
Dosage: Mix putty the size of a golf ball (40 ml) with 3–4 cm of hardener (approx. 2%). Stir thoroughly until a homogeneous mass without air inclusions is achieved. Use protective gloves and safety glasses!
Close the putty and the hardener's packaging immediately after dosing so that they do not dry.
Application: Use a steel trowel. Scrape the surface, so that the compound penetrates into the sanding grooves. Then fill immediately to the desired thickness (max. 3 mm). Coarsely sand when the pulp has hardened with 120-180 grit paper. Then fine-sand with paper in grain size 220–320. Best working temp. above +20°C.
Curing time: 16-30 min at +20°C.
Cleaning: Clean tools with ethyl acetate or cellulose thinner immediately after use.
Note: 1. Grease, oil and silicone completely destroy the adhesion. 2. Clean steel, aluminum and galvanized steel must be sanded (or matt) and degreased before the paste is applied.
